8.6.20 Hi from Mrs Cashman

Hi everybody

I hope you and your families are staying safe and well. 

I've been busy this week trying to improve my piano-playing. It's getting difficult now, as I need to play both hands at the same time. I am, however, trying my best not to give up (tempting though it is). I'm pleased that I can now play quite a few songs. I am looking forward to being able to show you all soon (so maybe get yourselves some earplugs - just kidding!) They say it takes 15 years to become really good at it. As you all know, I've just turned 22 (stop laughing!!), so should be excellent by the time I'm 37! 

I was really excited to hear about the new J.K. Rowling book that she's put online. Your home learning this week is partly about this book. I think it's exciting that we can all read it together (you wouldn't have been born when the Harry Potter books came out) so please tell me what you think. You could also tell me what you think will happen next and we will see if you're right.
