In this lesson, you will be learning about why some animals are nocturnal. You will also be learning about some of the adaptations that allow nocturnal animals to be so successful at night.

Please click here to be directed to the lesson.

Music

This week we will be starting our new unit with a new song -  You've Got A Friend by Carole King. The song has a strong theme of friendship having no boundaries, and always being there for one another. We think it's apt for these tricky times and we've got some fun activities lined up for you to enjoy this half term. This week, head over to Step 1 on your Charanga/YUMU account. Work your way through the activities in the menu on the right hand side and see if you can score 6/6 on the Count On Me one.

RE

This week we are beginning a new topic: Who Was Jesus? Who do you think he was? Who did he want us to think he was? What would he be like if you met him?  Read the two passages on the worksheet linked below and follow the instructions to write a descriptive narrative. This is where you write a kind of diary entry that describes your experience.
