Mindfulness 2020

During the current COVID crisis it's important that we all look after ourselves both physically and mentally.  The following pack provides you with some lovely, calming and reflective activities for you and your children to participate in.  It could be used as one of your activities as suggested in the daily timetable to provide structure for Home Learning.
