Hello,

Thank you for your emails in the week, Daisy was so pleased to see you reading some of the stories this week, I know it’s not what your used to but you done great the girls were really engaged. I had a lovely chat with Mrs Schumacher this week too it really is brilliant the effort everyone is putting in to keep in touch with us. It’s getting a little bit harder as the weeks go on but Daisy is still trying hard and I’m so proud of her (and Ruby too).Hope your keeping safe and well.

I was so excited to see you on the daily story time last week, great stories I loved joining in with a squash and a squeeze. Lots more home learning again this week, I enjoyed watching to see which ice melted the quickest,  I thought my bowl by the radiator would be the winner which it was although Ruby’s salt ice came a close second.

I have been keeping active playing in the garden going for walks and when it rains we have done P.E exercises, cosmic kids yoga and been playing just dance to see who has the best moves, I am so much better than Ruby 😉.

This week I joined in with Ruby’s geography on hot and cold climates and which animals live there, We also made a family of polar bears out of cardboard and decorated their paws and faces. One night we made pizza for tea it was yummy I put cheese and sweetcorn on mine.

I have been enjoying taking part in the reading challenge this week, and can’t wait to see what challenges we have to do this week.
Hope you are safe and well, I just can’t wait to be back in nursery with you and all my friends.

 Hi Mrs Mc,

  1. has been writing her name and numbers also practising the letter sounds and names
    Grace is loving yoga 😂

Hannah’s mum said, Thank you so much for all your advice and home schooling help this term, you all and all the staff at the school should be truly proud of yourself you are doing a fantastic job.

Hello Miss Nieman,

It’s Jessica’s mum, just wanted to say thank you for you for the zoom calls during the lockdown.  It’s been a highlight each week. Jessica is actually back in Nursery (mornings) this week but wanted to attend the zoom. She was disappointed we missed last weeks zoom, I hadn’t put it in the calendar.
Jessica has been following all the homeschooling work set on the Reception class page and doing really well, phase 3 phonics are coming along and she’s loving her reading journey.
So a big thank you for your time and support, it’s been much appreciated.

Many thanks,
Jessica and Mum x
