It's OKAY, NOT TO BE OKAY.

 

Hello everyone

Tomorrow (10/09/2020) is world mental health day!

It is important to look after yourself both physically and mentally. We all know by keeping yourself physically well we exercise and eat the right diet, but what should you do to keep your mental wellbeing healthy?

Here are a few ideas of my own to help me keep my mental health, healthy:-

  • Exercise to let your body release them important endorphins.
  • Read a book.
  • Draw/ paint.
  • Watch a film.
  • Talk to friends and family.

 

Remember it's okay, not to be okay.

So, if you are feeling down or have a problem. PLEASE, PLEASE TALK TO SOMEONE!
