This week, we will celebrate VE Day. I have some activities for you to do around the theme, as well as other information and ideas for you to do at home. I hope you can have some fun making food, using the recipes, and learning all about why we celebrate VE day.

If you could work through summer term week 27th April (Fractions)
English- VE Day
This Friday, is VE day (Victory in Europe Day). I would like you to read all about this special day and answer the comprehension questions as accurately as possible.
Please don’t forget capital letters, full stops, commas, conjunctions, and show off that beautiful joined handwriting.

Topic Challenge.
Following on from English, I would like to challenge you. Here is a copy of the Morse Code. I would like you to crack the codes (without looking at the answers) and write back a little message to me. Ask your parents/ guardians to take a picture of your message and email me it.
The person who has the most challenging code will receive a prize when we are back at school.
