Maths and English
Please complete some more worksheets from your home learning work booklets that were collected from school. Finish off any pages in Book 1 and 2 and then start Book 3 when you are ready. There is a lot of work in these, so only do what you feel you are able to.

Spellings
After brushing up on Year 2 Common Exception Words, have a go at the 'Hidden Word Spelling Challenge'. Look at each picture and try to spot the letters that are hidden in the picture. As you spot the letters, write them in the boxes. Once all the hidden letters have been found, you must rearrange them to correctly spell the hidden common exception word.
You may use the word mat below to help you.
Topic
Our Geography topic this half term is 'Oceans and Continents'. You have already looked at the World's Oceans. Can you remember the names of all 5 Oceans? There are 7 Continents in the World. Your task this week is to learn the names of the 7 continents and to be able to find them on a world map.

Can you name all 7 Continents of the World? See if you can spot them using this map, or you could use a globe if you have one at home.
Your first task is to use the 'Continents of the World' sheet attached, to label each of the 7 Continents on the blank World Map.
Next, read the information powerpoint about each of the 7 Continents. Use this information to answer the questions attached.
