Science

A habitat is a place where plants and animals live, where they can find everything they need to stay alive.

It may be a pond habitat, a coastal habitat or a woodland habitat.

We live in an urban habitat.

I would like you to have a look around the outside of your home. Draw a map and label the living things like trees, plants and animals that are there.

Can you list 5 things in your habitat that are ‘alive, dead and never been alive’?

Have a look at this coastal habitat.
