Homework
Homework is sent out on a Friday to be returned the following Monday or Tuesday.
Maths and English homework is set each week as well as weekly spellings and timetables work.
MATHS HOMEWORK
Each week, your child will complete a general maths homework sheet that has a selection of revision questions
plus a more specific piece of Maths homework related to the topic they are studying in class.

ENGLISH HOMEWORK
English homework is often linked to our class book but may also involve a comprehension or SPAG activity.

These will be tested every Monday. Remember little and often is better rather than trying to cram last minute.
Children will be receiving a BIG book of spellings for the whole year.
If misplaced for any reason,

Children should also be learning a few of the Y3/4 Statutory Spelling Words each week.
Childen will be given a booklet that will contain all of the Y3/4 Statutory Spellings and this is to be kept at home and 3 spellings learnt each week from this booklet.

If possible, I will upload a digital copy of the other maths sheet and any english work they are doing.
