Keeping up with Miss Cleary

Hello Class 5,

Another week of lockdown, another week to spend some quality time with your family.

How have you been? I have felt a lot better this week. I have celebrated my birthday last Sunday (03/05/2020)! As some of you may have experienced, it is a little different during lockdown but I have enjoyed every second of it with my nearest and dearest (in my household), so I could not ask for much more really (even if I did get spoiled).

This week, I went on a little adventure during my 1 hour of exercise (close to my house). I took a trip down memory lane and walked to a small woodland which I have not visited since I was 10 years old! It was so lovely to hear all the birds, see pheasants, tadpoles, ducks, and terrapins. As I was walking around the little lake, I was able to capture a video of a terrapin jumping into the lake (why don’t you have a watch of my video). While I was walking, I also found an old den some had made. I thought it was really good, but what do you think?
